It takes 47 clicks to change anything, it freezes up, logs you off mid reservation and makes my blood pressure go through the roof!! The biggest downside we've experienced with PEP: Using OnQ, there was a physical server in-house. So even if the internet/cloud went down, you could still do basic stuff like check-ins, and the changes would push through later. Pep’s M.O. has never been small teams, so I doubt he pulls a Mourhino and goes to a smaller club.
