He provides the player with treats that let them encounter 25 specific Legendary Pokémon throughout the Paldea region. After you have cleared out Area Zero and returned to Blueberry Academy, you will be informed that a man in a suit is by the entrance and wants to talk to you. He will introduce himself as Snacksworth and how he has found many Legendary Pokémon on his travels.
